A few months ago, I found out that Limbeck would be opening for Hellogoodbye for a couple days on the fall tour. One of these tours dates turned out to be at The Casbah in San Diego, CA... my home town. I proceeded to plan a reunion with my best friends - one lives in Arizona, and one lives in Texas, and I live in Utah. We all grew up in San Diego and hadn't collectively hung out since I graduated college in 2018.

Limbeck brings people together. I say this every-time after I see them. I met some of my favorite people in the world thanks to The Travelin' Limbeck Band. I had high hopes for my trip back home and seeing my friends at this show - and as usual Limbeck did not disappoint. The sound kinda sucked since we were at The Casbah, and they don't know shit about sound or lights, but the vibe was good, and the crew was good, and the band wasn't too optimistic. It was a dance party and a sing-a-long, and the raddest time in the world. Although, I'm sure we all wished they could have played for another hour and half, they played all the greatest hits.

I haven't smiled that much in a long time, and I'm always incredibly thankful they're in my life and continue to play shows. Get yourself a band like Limbeck and you'll always have a place to call home.
